What is Nodal?
Nodal is a digital stokvel that makes saving, lending and investing simple, secure and transparent.
Who does the admin in Money Slots?
Nodal takes care of all the administration — from managing financial records, member interactions and reporting to NASASA. Members do not need to worry about paperwork or compliance; everything is taken care of by Nodal’s team.
How do I join Nodal Stokvel?
Joining is easy: register online, upload your ID and attend a short welcome session. Once verified, you can start saving immediately.
Do I need to know someone in the group to join?
No. Nodal matches you with like-minded savers in our stokvel so you do not need connections.
What are my responsibilities as a member?
Make regular contributions, follow group rules and participate in decisions.
How does Nodal keep my money safe?
Your contributions are held in a protected account, managed by Nodal’s independent Board. All transactions are reconciled and reported under NASASA oversight.
Is Nodal legal?
Yes. Nodal is fully registered with NASASA and operates under South African law. Detailed compliance information – including the Nodal Constitution and Product Guides – is available.
What is Money Slots?
Money Slots is a short-term savings/ lending product that gives members flexible access to money during the year — either instantly when you need it, or with extra growth when you can wait. It boosts your cashflow without using credit or taking on debt.
How does Money Slots work?
Money Slots runs in a 6-month cycle with 6 payout slots. At the start of every month, Nodal opens a new cycle and members can choose a payout position that suits their needs — early access for instant cash or later access to earn more.
Is Money Slots a loan?
No. Money Slots is not a loan. There are no credit checks, no interest is charged by us and no debt is owed. It is a group-powered product offered exclusively to Nodal members.
Are payouts guaranteed?
Yes. Every member receives their full payout, on time – protected by Nodal’s governance rules and overseen by our independent Board.
Do I need to manage my private Money Slot?
No. We handle all admin, payments, protection rules and support.
When can I join a Money Slot?
Members receive invitations to new Money Slots at the start of every month.
Member privacy?
Nodal Stokvel is a public space for connection and celebration. You’ll be invited to group events and shared moments — but your Money Slots and your payouts are always private. Only you can see your balances, contributions and payouts.
